"Sam Bompas and Harry Parr together are Bompas & Parr, architectural foodsmiths. From their London food lab, they create fine English jellies, design bespoke jelly moulds, gastronomic installations – like one with glow-in-the-dark jellies – and spectacular culinary events. The duo initially made their mark by inviting leading architects, including Lord Norman Foster, to design a building-inspired gelatin mould as part of 2008’s London Festival of Architecture."
