STORMIE MILLS is an Australian street artist and illustrator known primarily for his whimsically lugubrious, often humourous and always very personable “characters.” Visiting my wife’s family in Perth earlier this year proved the perfect opportunity to hop over to Stormie’s unique studio. It was a great treat to capture some of the inspiration and creative energy behind his world-famous vampires, skeletons, graffiters, bikers and whole gang of outcasts. A boat, a salvaged chandelier and just about every possible object hanging on the walls are just a few of the highlights!
