MAX BERRY is a painter who depicts vast dream-like landscapes and still-lives with recurring imagery and symbolism. His works are playful and wondrous and filled with beautiful shadows. The recurring image of the house evokes a simultaneous sense of nostalgia and belonging.

His studio is located in an industrial neighbourhood, above an old print shop. I’m always intrigued to see where artists set up, and what they call their studio!
